Any item(s) eligible for returns or exchange must be unworn, in the original packaging, with the dust bag. We recommend trying on shoes indoors or on a clean surface. Any items that are clearly worn will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. We will then process a full refund, excluding any discounts, shipping and route package protection charges. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be credited back to the original form of payment.
