Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges - Updated as of June 2026
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. A $9.00 restocking fee will be deducted from eligible returns.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, including any original tags, dust bags, boxes, or accessories. Shoes must be tried on indoors on a clean surface only. Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or missing original packaging will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit, except where required by law or if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
