Did not receive my order

Hi Toon, we're sorry, it looks like part of your order shipped separately and we can't see it delivered. Since your order included Route protection, you can file a claim at claims.route.com, or email service@shopnewrepublic.com and we'll sort it out for you.

All products arrived in a bag, shipping was timely. My order was split into two different deliveries but everything arrived in a timely manner.

Horrible service!

I tried to return these shoes because they were way too narrow. I emailed them and got a shipping label. They did it incorrect so the shoes got shipped to me instead of back to the factory. I requested another label and shipped it back. There has been some sort of “delay” for them receiving the product and still haven’t issued me a refund. These errors have nothing to do with me, everything to do with how poorly this company is ran. I have had to go to USPS twice and still haven’t received a refund for something that was over a month ago. Do not order from them!
