We offer USPS Ground Advantage for Domestic orders & International Shipping to select countries.
International customers are responsible for paying customs and duties fees as set by their destination country.
We do our best to process orders as soon as the next business day. However during the holidays or promotional periods when there’s higher order volume, we may experience delays in processing your order. Once processed, orders placed with standard shipping generally take 7-10 business days to arrive to the customer.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items include: items tagged final sale on our website.
Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges for up to 14 days after the item(s) have been received by the customer with a $9 restocking fee. Note that any item(s) marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit. Any item(s) eligible for returns or exchange must be unworn, in the original packaging, with the dust bag. We recommend trying on shoes indoors or on a clean surface. Any items that are clearly worn will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. We will then process a full refund, excluding any discounts, shipping and route package protection charges. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be credited back to the original form of payment.

Registration Required: To place a bid, you must first register and create a account on our store.
Popcorn Bidding: This means the auction's end time may change as bids are placed close to the deadline. This ensures fairness by preventing last-second bids from hindering others and gives everyone a chance to bid before closure.
Extension Rule: In the last two (2) minutes of an auction, if a bid is placed, the end time extends by two (2) minutes until no further bids are made in that period. The auction then concludes.
Browser Refresh: If a bid is made within the last 2 minutes, your browser won't refresh automatically. You'll need to manually refresh to see the latest bid and end time.
Email Notifications: You will receive email notifications when you place a bid and if you win a auction.
Winning Auctions: Click on the Buy Now button from the "You won the auction" email to complete your purchase. Or head to your account page and click on View Bids. Then select item to complete purchase.
Viewing High Bidder: Click the link [X Bid(s)] to see the current high bidder. If "No Bids" is displayed, no bids have been received yet.For more information, check out our FAQ section below.
