Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges for up to 14 days after the item(s) have been received by the customer with a $9 restocking fee. Note that any item(s) marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit. Any item(s) eligible for returns or exchange must be unworn, in the original packaging, with the dust bag. We recommend trying on shoes indoors or on a clean surface. Any items that are clearly worn will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. We will then process a full refund, excluding any discounts, shipping and route package protection charges. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be credited back to the original form of payment.

Browser Refresh: If a bid is made within the last 2 minutes, your browser won't refresh automatically. You'll need to manually refresh to see the latest bid and end time.
Email Notifications: You will receive email notifications when you place a bid and if you win a auction.
Winning Auctions: Click on the Buy Now button from the "You won the auction" email to complete your purchase. Or head to your account page and click on View Bids. Then select item to complete purchase.
